Synergy, Leverage and the GTA

Our team is the Global Team Alliance and we are growing and adding team members on a daily basis.  The numbers are increasing simply because of the team collaboration and the cooperative advertising we are all doing.  We are using the 2 most powerful forces in business, Synergy and Leverage.

Synergy is the interaction of multiple elements in a system to produce an effect different from or greater than the sum of their individual effects.

We also look for opportunities to apply Leverage.

Leverage is a general term for any technique used to multiply gains and losses.

I am sure you have heard someone say “Two Heads are better than one.”  That is an example of leveraging the collective experiences of those two people and we want apply that to an entire team.

The GTA learned long ago that when you apply Leverage and Synergy to the best Network Marketing Programs, you will gather momentum that can’t be stopped.

That quote is what our team is all about.  The Leaders in the GTA believe in being honest with people because we have been lied to and cheated way too many times.  We also believe in setting proper expectations with those we deal with and we believe in rewarding those that work with us and do the same.  That is the reason for this press release.

We understand that there are basically two types of people interested in making a living online. The first are people who think you can make money online without spending any money, the second are the ones who dared to spend time and money and don't have enough experience to choose the right team with the right program and thus have never made any money. But both end up being way too cautious and having a negative view of online business.

We find frustrated people interested in making money online that have spent their budget...money is gone, too cautious and about to quit or make more bad decisions.

Introducing Global Team Alliance (GTA): I am proud to be a member of GTA. Mark McIntyre and John Hamilton have a dream that they are using the Global Team Alliance (GTA) today to achieve. It started several years ago when the GTA was actually born.  If you have been with Mark McIntyre on Skype for any time at all, you have heard him mention his favorite quote several times.  Our team was created to make the late Zigg Ziggler’s famous quote come to life by those above helping those below and is our core principle of the GTA.

“You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help others get what they want.”

Our principles are well documented inside our training, as well as in our actions.  We are looking for hundreds of team members that subscribe to our principles that will work hard to help others while in turn helping themselves!

GTA was started with the making of a free to join website that was to promote two other programs using a self-replicating website, but due to an unscrupulous programmer,  GTA never saw the light of day… until several year later when  Zeek Rewards came along.  Unfortunately, that went down the tubes.  Not to be dissuaded, we looked for programs that work well together, each making money and enhancing the other programs.  That is called Synergy.

Quite a few people say that Matrix programs don’t work, and they stay away from them.  We believe that the reason they don’t work is because they depend heavily on recruiting. One person can only recruit a few people and these matrix programs require you to sign up hundreds before you start making any significant money, or at least enough money to keep people engaged.  That is why they work well inside a team build like GTA.

Penny Matrix is a 2x14 Forced Matrix meaning that each person’s matrix is filled with 2 on their first row down 14 levels. 2 on their 1^st row, 4 on the 2^nd, 8 on the 3^rd row, and so on, down 14 levels.  One person simply can’t fill more than 33,000 slots like Penny Matrix requires by themselves, thus the team approach comes into play very nicely.

In this lesson you will learn how to analyze Internet Traffic. You will be reminded that Internet traffic consists of human beings with desires and interests and goals of their own. You will learn how to get into the "flow" of Internet traffic using value and ease of use, combined with effective traffic building strategies.

IT'S LIKE WATER

Think of what we know about early humans and how they migrated and settled. Water is a basic human need. If early man did not live close to water, then he had to bargain for it from others who transported the water into his area. People who did not live close to water had to have several vessels to store what water they could get their hands on. The consequence was that people who settled far from any river or stream had to spend a great deal of their time and resources trying to obtain and store water -- and they never really had more than just enough to get by. On the other hand, people who settled near a large river or stream could freely dip out all the water they needed in abundance. When it came to water, positioning was everything. Any map will show that large successful settlements are usually close to free flowing water.

Analogies have been made between money and water. It has been suggested that if you position yourself where money freely flows, you will obtain a lot more of it with less effort than if you position yourself in some remote location relative to the "money stream". The analogy to water is equally useful when applied to Internet traffic.
